INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")

This information is provided for the processing of data collected in the ” Work with us ” page of the website www.myair.io , owned and operationally managed by AIR srl, with registered office in Milan (20124), Via Vittor Pisani 16 (hereinafter the ” Site “).

Through the aforementioned web page, users can submit their spontaneous applications in relation to job or collaboration positions at the company.

In addition to anything else provided on other pages, the following data can be collected and processed through the “Work with Us” web page of the Site:

– common personal and identification data: this category includes name and surname, e-mail, telephone number;

– the personal data contained in the curriculum vitae attached electronically;

– any additional data acquired by filling in the electronic form (such as, by way of example, the position for which you are applying and the data that can be deduced from the candidate’s LinkedIn profile, where indicated).

Except in the case in which the availability of data belonging to “protected categories” is required by law or is strictly essential for the establishment of the employment or collaboration relationship and does not conflict with specific legal provisions (such as those referred to in Law No. 300/1970, Statute of Workers, and on equal opportunities or aimed at preventing discrimination), the Company does not collect during the search and selection phase and invites candidates not to provide and not to report in documents and in the curriculum vitae uploaded through the Site personal data belonging to “protected categories” (such as, by way of example, data on health conditions, belonging to protected categories, information on membership of parties, trade unions or other organizations or associations of religious).

Any data belonging to “protected categories” will be immediately deleted in the absence of a written declaration from the candidate, after having read this information note.

The processing of personal data is based on the existence of a pre-contractual or legal obligation and is aimed exclusively at achieving the following purposes:

(i) in fulfillment of pre-contractual obligations – to manage and evaluate the application submitted through the Site for the purpose of possible insertion into the Company itself, expressly included therein to contact the candidate and set and manage an interview, thus following up a specific request;

(ii) in fulfillment of legal obligations – for the fulfillment of obligations deriving from the law or regulations, national and / or community, in force, including in the tax field, as well as from provisions issued by competent authorities and bodies.

The provision of data for the purposes indicated above is purely optional. However, since this processing is necessary to allow the evaluation of the request in relation to the submission of an application, the failure, partial or incorrect provision of the data in question will make it impossible, depending on the case, to manage and start the selection process.

Data may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects (“recipients”):

– to all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions;

– to all those subjects, public and / or private, natural and / or legal persons to whom the communication is necessary or functional for the correct fulfillment of a contractual or legal obligation.

In addition to the foregoing, for the pursuit of the purposes described above, personal data may be made available to employees of the Company’s Personnel Department or to persons working on behalf of the Company, such as, by way of example and not limited to,

– to companies, consultants or professionals who may be in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, of the management of the hardware and software of the Site;

– to professionals and legal and tax consultants of the Company,

who will treat them, as appropriate, as independent owners or external managers of the processing of personal data.

In any case, personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or outside the European Economic Area.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to evaluate the application and for the entire selection phase and, subsequently, for a period not exceeding 6 months (for contacts and any future interviews), and in any case for the maximum time indicated by the applicable legal provisions regarding the prescription of rights and / or forfeiture of the action (also in the administrative-fiscal field) and, in general, for the exercise / defense of the Company’s rights in disputes brought by public authorities, subjects / public bodies and private entities.

MINORS UNDER 14 YEARS

The “ Work with us ” web page does not contain information or features or services directly intended for users under the age of 14.

Minors must not provide information or personal data in the absence of the consent of the exercisers of parental responsibility over them.

Therefore, all users who are under the age of 14 are invited not to communicate their personal data under any circumstances without the prior authorization of a parent or parental responsibility. If the Company becomes aware of the fact that the personal data has been provided by a minor (under the age of 14), the Company will immediately destroy them or request the transmission of specific consent from the parents (or of parties with parental responsibility), also reserving the right to inhibit access to the services available on the Site to any user who has concealed their age or who has in any case communicated their personal data in the absence of the consent of their parents (or of parties with parental responsibility).

Right of access 

You may request to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access such data and specific information. You can also ask for a copy of your data.

Right of rectification

He has the right to request and obtain rectification of personal data concerning them and / or the integration of incomplete personal data.

Right to cancellation     

You can obtain the deletion of data, without undue delay, among other things, if (i) such data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (ii) you object to the processing of your data (as indicated below ) and there is no other legitimate overriding reason for the processing, (iii) the data was unlawfully processed, (iv) the data must be deleted by virtue of a legal obligation. This right does not apply if the processing of data is necessary, among other things, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation and for the ascertainment, exercise or defense in court of a right.

Right to limitation          

You have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data, which means that data processing will be suspended for a certain period of time. Circumstances that may give rise to this right include situations where the accuracy of the personal data has been contested, but we need some time to verify its accuracy. This right does not prevent us from continuing to process personal data.

Right to portability         

In case of automated or consent-based processing, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another data controller.

You also have the right to obtain the direct transmission of data from one owner to another, where technically feasible.

The possibility of obtaining the deletion of data, as indicated above, remains unaffected.

Right to object 

You have the right to object at any time to the processing based on a legitimate interest of the owner, without prejudice to the demonstration by the latter of the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject. or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority ( http://www.garanteprivacy.it/ ), in the cases referred to in Article 77, GDPR.

The above rights may be exercised with a request addressed without formalities to the Data Controller. The request can be sent to the Data Controller by letter or email to the addresses indicated above or by email to privacy@myair.io .
